WHAT SHOULD I SUBMIT?
Please include as many of the following elements as possible: the couple, florals, tabletop décor, interesting or innovative signs, favors, seat assignment installations, decorative elements, food detail shots, cakes, invitation stationery suites, ceremony setups, entire reception scenes, bridesmaids and groomsmen with the wedding couple.

Specifics:

We are looking for one of a kind weddings that took place in Arizona.
Please do not send images that have already been published.
Please only submit 25-35 favorite images, generally expect 5-15 will be used.
You must include the following information about each couple:
1. First and Last names (note we will only use first names in any publications):
2. Phone number of Bride/Groom
3. Email address of Bride/Groom
4. Wedding date
5. Both Ceremony Site and Reception locations.
6. Photographer
7. Planner (if there was one)

PHOTO USE:
By submitting these images and this information, we assume you have received proper releases from any individuals and locations featured in the photos. Photos you submit may be featured in the digital real weddings look book, on our web site, our social media pages or all of these areas and will be credited with the name of your photography business.

By submitting photography or artwork, I DO Arizona, LLC is asured that:
1) The use of artwork or content will not infringe or violate the rights of any other person or entity, including without limitation, any copyright, trademark or service markright, or violate any applicable law.

2) The supplier of the art/photography hereby agrees he/she will obtained adequate and proper releases, permissions, licenses or other authorizations from all persons and entities who or which provide services, materials or rights with respect to the work at the time of submission of final artwork who would claim any interest or right, direct or indirect. Public figures or celebrities are exempt from signing a release.
